SHIPPING FAQs

Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Asia, this allows us to skip out any unnecessary overheads and pass on our savings directly to our customers. Most orders ship within 2 to 4 business days and should arrive within 10 to 15 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Please check your spam mail folder if you did not receive one. Delivery time may vary due to shipping location, merchandise availability and holidays. Delivery timescales can take longer during busy times of the year so it may be necessary to allow longer during these busy periods. Our shipping methods typically apply to business days only, not weekends or holidays. Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Some packages may require a signature. There is a slight chance that your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. We're not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions. All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by their local government. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouses in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, and China), this allows us to skip out any unnecessary overheads and pass on our savings directly to our customers. As our items are stored in several warehouses, your order(s) may be shipped in separate packages.

Our handling time takes 3-5 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.

The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.

Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to the shipping department which takes 2-3 working days to process. After which the shipping department will send the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send shipping confirmation email to the customer. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

Yes, we accept any changes to an order. Please note that if you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

All prices will be shown in local currency depending on which country (GEO IP address) the customer is in for their convenience. However, when customer checks out, they will be billed in USD. Your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on their current conversion rates.

RETURNS FAQs

All orders come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We wants you to Love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. Simply request a return merchandise authorization ("RMA"), and we'll issue a full refund once your item is received.

Please call or email us to request your RMA. We'll email you a free, pre-paid return label. Just follow the instructions in the email, and we'll issue a full refund once your item is received. International orders are not eligible for free return shipping.

We accept returns for a full refund up to 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, if your item is defective, please consider a warranty claim with the manufacturer, which may be available.

All returns are processed within 1-2 business days. (In rare cases, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the refunded amount to appear on your account).
